This role is based in Stratford office in London. We operate on a hybrid working model. (2+ days in the office)
WHAT YOU’LL DO-
The Compensation Analyst is a key member of the Compensation Team. You will use your quantitative skills to provide analytics and insight to support the execution of Entain’s compensation plans and processes and will act as a trusted subject matter expert to HR People Partners on all areas of compensation.
• Supports in the delivery of key Compensation related activities, including:
- Annual Salary Review process
- Annual Group Bonus process
- Market benchmarking of roles
- Job evaluation
• Works with Finance to appropriately forecast cost of bonus and incentive schemes.
• Supports the delivery of important analysis and reports such as CEO Pay Ratio, GPG reports (and others as required)
• Delivers research and internal costings to support the development of proposals (e.g. annual salary review budget proposals, bonus level reviews).
• Supports the review and design of new/existing compensation plans and processes (including training and communications)
• Works with the Head of Compensation, other team members and business stakeholders to develop compensation policies and processes which are aligned with, and support, the business strategy.
• Works with business stakeholders to ensure understanding and interpretation of mandatory salary requirements (e.g. application of UK NLW).
• Supports Talent Acquisition, the People Team and other business stakeholders with recommendations for appropriate market competitive compensation offers.
WHO YOU ARE -
• A track record of working in an in-house reward team in an international context
• Excellent quantitative skills and a track record of working with large data-sets
• Experience of supporting compensation plans, processes (e.g. annual salary review).
• Experienced in job evaluation, market benchmarking, preparing compensation recommendations, designing and managing pay ranges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System and Compensation software (desirable)
