WHAT YOU’LL DO
Joining at a pivotal time as Entain expands into new markets and launches new products across different areas of the business, you’ll play a key role in embedding the insight within the global organisation. This role will focus on disseminating results from the global market sizing and brand health tracking to regional stakeholders, as well as conducting adhoc quantitative and qualitative research projects.
Reporting to Head of Insight, the role covers all Entain digital sports betting and gaming brands across emerging markets in particular Latin America, Africa and our poker brand globally. You’ll be responsible for research delivery for these studies across multiple stages of the projects, supported both by your management team and the use of research agencies.
You’ll be fully emersed in research and insights projects based on customer usage and attitudes, brand positioning, brand tracking, customer experiences and innovation, testing product concepts, advertising concepts and creative. This role will give you full exposure to a host of research and insight touch points across our business.
WHO YOU ARE
- The role will be suited to someone with either around 1 - 2 year(s) experience, or someone who has a clear interest in moving into the Research and Insight field.
- You’ll be inquisitive and will striving to develop your skills both personally and professionally.
- Skilled numerically and confident with analytical software (e.g. Q, R, SPSS, Excel Pivot Tables, PowerBI dashboards)
- Grounding in quantitative research - sound understanding of reading research data tables, questionnaire writing skills and charting results
- Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of stakeholders
- English: Fluent, both written and spoken
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills be of a benefit given some of the areas which you will working within, however this is not essential and candidates can skill apply without this.
