In 2021, Entain acquired unikrn to launch the company's esports practice. Unikrn is one of the world's preeminent esports betting platforms. Unikrn paved the wave in the sports betting industry by offering esports odds across 35 titles, as well as virtual esports and streamer betting. Unikrn also boasts a skill-based betting platform that allows players to wager on themselves in ranked matches in the world's most popular gaming titles.
Objective of the role:
Manage day to day responsibilities for the development, execution, and optimization of the unikrn affiliate program, with the ultimate goal of driving customer growth, increasing revenue, and building strong relationships with affiliate partners and other key stakeholders.
Working with our performance marketing and media functions, product and tech functions, third party affiliate marketing agencies, and affiliates, support the acquisition, retention and operationalization of new affiliates and partners across multiple regions with the focus on improving business financial outcomes. This is achieved by using a data-driven approach to optimize our use of high-quality affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources and support, updating marketing and promotions campaigns, and optimizing the performance of the affiliate program through experimentation, data analysis and strategic planning. The affiliate manager will partner across teams to create a mutually beneficial ecosystem that drives growth for both unikrn and our partners
Role Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for onboarding new affiliates, ensuring that they are set up for success, are provided necessary resources, and establish the foundation for a strong working relationship

Working with our third party affiliate digital marketing agency, ensure adherance commercial terms of partnerships to ensure that deals remain mutually beneficial and aligned with the goals of the affiliate program and the business

Maintain and build relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with support, answering their queries, and ensuring they remain engaged to drive best performance for unikrn.

Monitor the performance of affiliates, promotions, and the affiliate program as a whole through KPI tracking, and use data to continuously optimize the program to maximize business financial outcomes

Create and present regular reports that provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, such as senior management, on the performance of the affiliate program and areas for improvement; participate in consolidation of all performance marketing performance analysis

You will be responsible for creating and running promotions, contests, and other incentives to motivate affiliates to drive more traffic and increase conversions to unikrn

Assist with the creation and managing of content that is distributed to affiliates, including ad creative, promotional materials, and product launch information

Monitor implementation of affiliate placements, ensuring accurate display of ads, links, offers and landing pages

Responsible for ensuring that all affiliates are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, including responsible gambling measures

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the wagering and gaming industry, including changes in regulations, new technologies, and emerging products

Partner with the unikrn Finance team to review, challenge, or correct affiliate payouts

Assist with the management of cross-functional projects that impact the affiliate program, such as landing page redesigns, new product launches, and technology integrations such as odds comparison site API integrations
Key Skills Required

3+ years experience in an Affiliate Manager role in the Wagering sector
-
Strong experience interacting with affiliate partners across multiple regions
-
Passion for esports/wagering/gaming

Demonstrated expertise in analytical problem solving and/or marketing attribution methodology

Strong relationship building and some negotiation skills
-
Experience with Revenue share, CPI, CPM and CPA payment models

Data-driven and highly competent with data analysis

Experience with analytics suites including Google Analytics

Experience with A/B testing with affiliates, creating and monitoring of implemented tests

Able to liaise with distributed teams from different disciplines to deliver goals on time

Ability to effectively prioritize, manage and execute tasks

Advantageous Requirements
