WHAT YOU’LL DO
The role reports to the Senior Commercial & Product Manager but will also work closely with colleagues in the Entain Central Product teams, Commercial teams as well as working alongside the Proposition & Promotions teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Sportsbook & Party stakeholders to understand business needs & requirements, developing experiences and journeys to deliver and support those needs.
- Drive efficiency. Determine where product improvements, either in-house of third party can improve operational efficiency.
- Cross-sell. Actively look at ways to improve customer journeys & visibility to cross-sell players from Poker / Casino to the Sportsbook.
- Play a key role in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product and feature releases.
- Communicate Product developments and enhancements to the CRM team & help to plan marketing campaigns to support new product features.
- Min 2 years’ experience in a product, commercial or marketing role in a I-gaming company. Having experience across more than one area is desirable.
- An ability to think strategically and develop a real understanding of stakeholder needs.
- Good knowledge of the Sportsbook product, odds & marketing campaigns.
