Entain are looking for a Group Ethics & Compliance Manager/Senior Manager (depending on the level of experience) to help lead and support the implementation, management, and oversight of Entain’s various Ethics & Compliance workstreams and to drive forward a best-in-class ethical culture at Entain. Reporting to the Group Ethics & Compliance Director and working collaboratively with other team members this individual will gain the opportunity to work across the whole business, engaging with colleagues across the globe. This role requires an understanding of typical listed-company Ethics & Compliance (E&C) frameworks, policies, and initiatives to help drive progress, continuous improvement, and data analysis, focusing on a core set of compliance risks (bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, competition law, sanctions, modern slavery and tax evasion). The role also requires excellent stakeholder management across business, tech, and operations teams
- Supporting the policy governance framework and management and organization of group policies (library, intranet, ensuring consistency, templates, tracking approvals, editing policies, basic drafting, helping run the policy working group)
- Supporting the development and implementation of a strategic training and communications plan and liaising with internal training resources to schedule and deliver engaging and innovative global policy training (help organize translations, internal communications, etc.) using a variety of formats and channels and best practice to improve the training year-on-year
- Developing and delivering engaging face-to-face training sessions to key teams across Entain
- Managing the automated gifts and hospitality and conflict of interests reporting systems including developing metrics, KPIs and upward reporting
- Managing senior employee annual compliance declarations
- Updating our E&C intranet site and internet pages (policies, new developments, etc.)
- Managing and updating the overall E&C program implementation tracker, and helping produce internal reporting in that regard
- Managing and updating the overall E&C program risk register
- Helping raise awareness of program initiatives and working with a variety of internal colleagues to implement program objectives
- Supporting our Modern Slavery working group and several compliance committees
- Developing and carrying out regular culture surveys, analysing responses and developing action plans to implement improvements
- Helping to regularly monitor, assess and improve the effectiveness of the E&C framework and in particular its training programme

Skills and Experience Required: |
- Extensive experience developing, facilitating, and tracking training in a compliance role.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, proactive monitoring and reviewing legislation/enforcement actions in order to help ensure accurate and up-to-date inventories of all legal obligations.
- Extensive compliance experience in a multinational corporate setting (FTSE ideally) with a demonstrated understanding of all elements of compliance in relation to risk assessments, tone from the top/culture, training and communications, third party risk management, appropriate policies, procedures and controls, monitoring, assurance and review.
- Demonstrated high standards of professionalism, performance, quality, credibility, and integrity. Exhibits judgment and business acumen necessary to effectively advocate for the compliance program.
- Excellent interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong presentation skills required
