WHAT YOU'LL DO

Working within the Party business, as the ARM Account Manager you will develop strong long term relationships with our most engaged players and ensure that we offer them great experiences.

You will anticipate their needs and communicate in a way that ensures our duty of care to safer gambling is a natural part of their gaming experience.

WHO YOU ARE

• You will be an expert communicator who thrives on solving problems for our most engaged players.
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and verbal).
• Have 1 to 3 years experience in online gaming, customer service, ARM support or other account management experiences.
• Detail oriented with effective time management skills.
• Analytically curious with the ability to think outside the box to resolve issues.
