Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities:
To assist with the track & maintenance services for the Stadium by cleaning the kennels and paddock areas thoroughly, in compliance with Health & Safety regulations and the Control of Substances Harmful to Health (COSHH).
Key Responsibilities:
- Check cleaning supplies are available and accessible;
- Provide a thorough and complete standard of cleaning to ensure cleaning standards are achieved and maintained to assist in the successful presentation of the business;
- Use cleaning equipment as provided to assure the highest possible level of cleaning;
- Keep to safe working practices at all times reporting potential hazards;
- Clearly identify areas of danger to other colleagues or our customers;
- Ensure the premises are kept safe and secure at all times;
- Ensure the safety and confidentiality of all keys and security access codes at all times;
- To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Track & Maintenance Manager.
Health & Safety and Compliance Responsibilities:
- To report any health and safety concerns to the Track & Maintenance Manager;
- Use all cleaning substances according to the manufacturer’s instructions and report any concerns to the Track & Maintenance Manager;
- Ensure that all equipment used is working safely and is compliant with manufacturer’s guidelines for operation, reporting any concerns to the Track & Maintenance Manager.
