WHAT YOU’LL DO 

 

In this role, you’ll be in control of the CRM campaigns for the bwin brand, Constantly monitoring, reviewing, aligning, and improving our contact strategies to ensure we maintain our commercial growth in this territory that is a key revenue driver. The role will be working across our emerging markets team, which covers LATAM, Canada and Africa.

  • Ensuring all processes, focus points and campaigns adhere to guidelines Customer Marketing Director and regulatory teams.
  • Consult with the MarTech Manager to deliver new capabilities to ensure we keep enhancing our channel mix and our technical capabilities.
  • Recruitment, monitoring of performance and facilitate Personal Development of people in your reporting line and ensuring team members get all support required.
  • Develop, plan, and implement data driven, localized, CRM strategies, promotions and automated retention campaigns aimed at maximizing customer lifetime value and profitability.
  • Accountable for the team`s performance, including achievement of key KPIs and commercial targets for all product verticals; Sports and Casino.
  • Spearhead relevant projects that impact the territories in your region (e.g. regulatory projects, new CX initiatives such as 2FA, partnerships with external parties, etc.)
  • Cross functional team collaboration and stakeholder management (e.g. work closely with trading, BI & analytics, VIP, creative teams etc.)

 

  

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong analytical skills and process orientation.
  • At least 6 years’ experience within CRM or a marketing role.
  • At least 2 years’ experience with leading teams in a complex, cross-country setting.
  • Educational (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Ability to drive change across all levels of an organisation – clearly define, articulate, and build a roadmap to revolutionise a department’s culture and ways of working.
