This role is based in Stratford in London and we operate on a hybrid working model. (2+ days in the office)

 
WHAT YOU’LL DO  -
  • Works with the Head of Compensation, other team members and business stakeholders to develop compensation policies and processes which are aligned with, and support, the business strategy.
  • Delivers research and internal costings to support the development of proposals (e.g. annual salary review budget proposals).
  • Works with business stakeholders to ensure understanding and interpretation of mandatory salary requirements (e.g. application of UK NLW).
  • Plays a key role in delivering the annual pay review cycle, including stakeholder engagement with HR, Finance and other business stakeholders. May lead on certain aspects of the process.
  • Takes the lead on Compensation deliverables and projects as needed (e.g. integration of approach on how to compensate secondees)
  • Contributes to the design of bonus and incentive schemes. Works with Finance to appropriately forecast cost of bonus and incentive schemes.
  • Collaborates closely with HR to understand Reward related needs, advise on Compensation matters and improve the Reward capabilities as designated across HR
  • Balances the “pull” of HR/business stakeholders with the desired Reward CoE approach. Will need to push-back effectively at times.
  • Supports Recruitment, HR and other business stakeholders with recommendations for appropriate market competitive compensation offers.
  • Supports the delivery of important analysis and reports such as CEO Pay Ratio, GPG reports (and others as required)
  • Keeps abreast of legislative changes in reward and external market trends through surveys and benchmarking and highlights existing reward policies and procedures that may be impacted.

WHO YOU ARE -

  • A track record of working in an in-house reward team in an international context
  • Experience of managing compensation plans, processes (e.g. annual salary review).
  • Experience in analysing/modelling compensation data and using it to form recommendations
  • Experienced in job evaluation, market benchmarking, preparing compensation recommendations, designing and managing pay ranges.
  • Excellent HR/business consulting skills
  • Experience of leading Reward projects
  • Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System and Compensation software (desirable)
