This role will be dedicating its time to make sure that all new implementations are done in the most secure way the business can tolerate and will work closely with teams across the group to propose design improvements in order to ensure our security posture remains aligned with the needs of our dynamic organization. In addition, it will proactively review the company infrastructure to make sure no unauthorized implementations have been done and no unnecessary remnants are left that could jeopardize our security.

The role takes a hands-on approach to identify risks and issues on our current applications, operations and implementations in order to provide options to mitigate them.

What you'll be doing:

  • Interface to internal customers, gather functional requirements and design suitable security solutions aligned with business requirements
  • Have a full technical view and understanding of the business architecture and flow
  • Assess the security of new applications being implemented within the business
  • Review and sign-off the implementation of new services in our production environments
  • Regularly review the configuration already in place to ensure it is kept as tight as necessary over time
  • Participate in security assessments and reviews required as part of the day to day activities
  • Execute security reviews as requested for integrations and other requirements for our dynamic organization
  • Execute projects to implement the Group’s Information Security strategy
  • Liaise with the Security Analysts to keep a full understanding of the security architecture and posture on both sides
  • Support on Security Incidents investigations and management

What we need from you:

The role requires a team player with strong technical foundations, hands-on information security skills, attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

  • At least two years’ experience in a similar Information Security position
  • Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and decision making
  • Autonomous and self-organized
  • Outstanding knowledge of the technical foundations behind networking, operating systems and application:
  • TCP/IP
  • Linux
  • Windows
  • Web technologies
  • Other networking protocols
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies and container security concepts
  • A thorough understanding of the security threat landscape, significant risks, technical developments and directions
  • Experience in reviewing, assessing and defining security requirements based on risk appetite, international standards, compliance requirements and internal risk frameworks
  • Very good ability to translate and accurately communicate security and risk implications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Security Certification (GDSA, OSCP, etc.) or similar qualification
  • Experience in security and risk assessments
  • Experience building enterprise security strategy for container adoption or driving the programs evolution to maintain security posture
  • Experience developing security tools and open source projects
  • Experience managing security consoles and log correlation solutions
  • Online Gaming security experience
  • Basic knowledge of forensic analysis
  • Experience securing Microsoft products
  • Regulatory and industry standards work: ISO27001, PCI-DSS, etc.
  • Other relevant professional qualifications will be considered, although not a requirement, e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, GIAC, etc.
