Objective of the Role
As a project manager for central projects, your role fits into the heart of unikrn operations. You will effectively lead and manage projects and project teams to ensure; alignment with project objectives, scope and delivery as agreed. You will develop and maintain transparency and communications with all stakeholders and aid maturity within unikrn.
Job Responsibilities

Lead and managed assigned projects with intent to deliver, on time and to budget.

Ensure that all project team members and stakeholders are on the journey and are well informed.

Ability to bring a calm, confident presence to complex situations. Gaining resolution as efficiently as possible.

Curate clarity. Your project documentation will be exemplary and will be the foundation of consistent messaging.

Maintain accurate governance documentation for both your project(s) and anything required for the Central Projects team, as assigned. support the positive growth and maturity of the Central Projects Team.

Be the guiding light, lead your project team by example. Utilise your expertise to instill best practices

As a senior member of the central project teams, engage more junior team members and mentor as appropriate

Happy to get stuck in to issues as they arise, ease and assist the maturity of cross functional relationships and deliveries.

Understand and champion unikrn’s strategy, vision and long term goals. Consider how your role within the Central Project team will positively impact this.
