WHAT YOU’LL DO
- The Systems and Collaboration Engineer is responsible for 3rd line support & operations of all system and collaboration services, such as email, video/chat, software distribution, threat protection, device management etc, across Entain
- Responsible for Intune Setup and ongoing management

Responsible for Device and Server management
-
Management and support of Azure Cloud systems including Office 365, Azure AD and other linked systems.

Management of effective operation of device patch management systems.
- Management and support of Microsoft SCCM

Provide capacity planning and performance monitoring including disaster recovery

Provide 3rd line technical support for internal and external customer issue

Responsible for platform adherence to the published incident, problem and change policies.
- Step into P1 incidents to aid resolution
WHO YOU ARE
- Expert In PowerShell scripting
- Expert in Windows 10/11
- Good Technical experience of MacOS
- Good Technical experience of Azure Cloud services
