What you’ll be doing:
o Taking care of customers' enquiries via chat, email and phone, assessing individual problems and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met;
o Reporting on system bugs and general problems experienced by the customers to the specialized departments or CS Management;
o Escalates suspicious customer activities – to the CS Management and Compliance Department;
o Maintain in depth knowledge about products and Standard Operating Procedures.
What we need from you:
o Fluency in English language
o The ability to perform well in a challenging environment;
o Strong analytical skills;
o Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications; good typing skills;
o Ability to work on shifts on a hybrid working model ( 2 days a week from the office)
