The Regional Operations Partner is critical to the delivery of effective on-site support to our people in our key Entain locations. Using your local expertise, you’ll provide expert advice and sound counsel to the Functional Business Partnering team and COEs as well as supporting and assisting our on-site management and colleagues directing and navigating them efficiently to the point of self-resolution or COE’s

You’ll support the roll out of all our global People initiatives and act as a critical friend for any planned activity which made need local adaptation. Where our Business Partners need on the ground support, you’ll be a key point of contact, ensuring you act as a local liaison between the business partnering team and the local operations.

 

You’ll also support the local Senior Leadership team with any Regional People activity as well as feeding back on requirements the site may have, providing recommendations on continuous improvement to COEs or Business partners, enabling the global strategy to be effectively deployed locally.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Create & maintain partnerships with geographically distributed, BU-aligned HRBPs
  • Provide direct localised HR operational support to employees as they navigate key moments of their lifecycle journey
  • Facilitate resolution of complex cases that require local consultation to ensure a seamless experience in partnership with Global People Services, People Relations, and Compliance.
  • Support Senior Regional Operations Partner with the deployment and delivery of people programs and processes by synthesizing themes from local employee consultations and surfacing actions to improve experiences
  • Maintain a global mindset and identify collaborative opportunities with international and regional partners (think global – act local).
  • Support Senior Regional Operations Partner with leading and influencing localised change management with cross-functional stakeholders as the P&C organisation evolves and scales.
  • Contribute to ongoing or ad-hoc projects as determined by the needs of the company
  • Work with central P&C teams to provide localised and regional insight and context to inform our propositions and plans.
  • Provide an agile resource able to support the in-market delivery of planned cyclical activity as determined by COE and HRDs.
  • Provide an agile resource to support global and regional ad-hoc projects and change with localization implications.
  • Provide a resource to be deployed in complex M&As to support HR operations alignment, de-risking, and integration to the global model.

Specialist skills and experience

Ideally CIPD qualified or relevant University degree; candidates with relevant experience will also be considered

2-3 years plus relevant experience
