The role in a nutshell:
This role is all about your contribution to the set-up, implementation, development and monitoring of responsible gaming and compliance policies. You will have a key function in satisfactory complaint settlement within our international Customer Service. Furthermore, you will provide expertise to other units within the Entain group on topics falling into the mentioned areas.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling and assessment of customer cases falling into Responsible Gaming field while contributing to the development of the operative framework
- Proactive customer account reviews and data analysis under Responsible Gaming aspects
- Provide consulting and expertise to Customer Service and within the group on operative matters with legal, GDPR, regulatory, and compliance implications in liaison with internal and external counsels
- Complaint reviews, case summaries, drafting of final case resolutions, handling of related settlement communication
- Collaborate with the responsible teams on internal and external audits
- Contribute to the relevant Customer Support and company-wide projects
What we need from you:
- Interest and/or experience in Responsible Gaming, understanding legal documents (for out-of-court disputes, letters of intent, settlement proposals), mediation, risk management, anti-money laundering, compliance or other industry regulatory environment will be considered an asset
- Business level of English
- German (B1/B2) writing and reading comprehension
- Good level in any other additional language will be considered a plus
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good team player
- Analytical mind and highly quality oriented
- Proactive, flexible and stress resistance personality
- Excellent communication, networking and conflict management skills
- Motivated personality able to cope with complexity and deadlines
Desirable:
- At least 6 months of Customer service experience
