As a Analyst– SOC will contribute to various phases and activities of the software development process or software testing. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment, the engineer works with tech Lead, software engineers, internal partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Tracking of Production Incidents through tools and liasoning with responsible teams for timely resolution as per the SLA. Perform required both internal and external stakeholder management (communication) timely manner for consistency of information about production incidents. Understand the Product scope and interactions to correlate production incident and evaluate the urgency of it. Utmost attention to online monitoring system to ensure 24/7 and 100% system availability and escalation in case of discrepancy

Skills Required: should having 3+ years  experience and excited about monitoring how system performing and collecting valuable metrics from tools, system and correlate them to predict system issue or trend at very granular level. You will working Latest monitoring technologies like AppDynamics, ELK Kibana, Catchpoint, Grafana etc. Monitor, Analyze and Verify complaints/trends/alerts through over several tools and channels on production impacting incidents.
