WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work closely with the Compliance Manager and other Compliance Officers to manage the marketing compliance function and ensure on time, high quality delivery for all promotional L&C initiatives. Support the affiliate compliance and monitoring function and ensure accurate records are kept.
- Review new and existing affiliates websites as part of the onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes using monitoring software and maintaining accurate records of reviews conducted.
- Highlight instances of non-compliance to affiliate managers and record actions and decisions taken.
- Keep track of due dates, actions and required timelines to ensure timely completion of requirements.
- Deliver high quality L&C analysis and support for all brands.
- Support all L&C teams in improving day to day operations.
- Encourage communication and collaboration across the business, team and stakeholders in order to build strong relationships and develop cross functional working.
WHO YOU ARE
- An independent, motivated, self-starter.
- At least two years of compliance and regulatory experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance qualification and equivalent related work experience desired.
- Demonstrated experience in prior roles in relation to marketing and advertising compliance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to deliver messages clearly and confidently at all levels.
- A team player who shows respect and values the views of others.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach, always willing to support various areas of team workload and prioritize accordingly.
