WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Leading and managing a team of application operations engineers across multiple locations.
- Managing incident response and problem resolution processes to ensure that issues are identified and addressed quickly and efficiently.
- Implementing best practices for application operations, including change management, release management, and capacity planning.
- Working closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure that applications are running on secure and reliable infrastructure.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including internal customers and vendors.
- Taking responsibility for capacity management as well as resource planning in this area
- Driving continuous process improvements.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced with cloud technologies and containerization
- Experienced with automation
- An expert with at least 5+ years of experience in application operations, including experience managing a team.
- Have a demonstrated knowledge of application monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Expert working in a high-availability, 24/7 production environment.
- Practiced application hosting (.Net)
- Have Good Infrastructure and scripting skills (Powershell)
- Good Web-/App Server skills (IIS)
