Leadership & Management 

  • Lead and develop the Creative team.
  • Build an engaged, ambitious and high performing creative department that can deliver brilliant 360 campaigns for our stakeholders within the business. 
  • Line managing Creative Directors, Head of Design and Senior Social Lead. Indirectly leading a diverse team of creatives.
  • Providing leadership and direction, cultivating a culture where continuous improvement is embraced. Ensures high levels of engagement and enablement.
  • Provide development, coaching, objectives & goal setting, performance management and other people policies as required from time to time; to ensure your team is motivated and productive.
  • Act in a collaborative way with the Leadership team. Leading from the front on all aspects of creative delivery. 
  • Support and drive a culture of discipline, creativity, excellence and development. 
  • Build and foster a positive creative environment for the development of the highest quality work.


  • Devise and lead the creative vision across all our brands globally to elevate and inspire the creative output.
  • Accountable for the execution of creative work across all our brands. 
  • Overseeing a diverse team of creatives delivering 360 campaigns for our brands and the wider business, from ATL/TTL, Tv through to banner ads.
  • Introduce and deliver brand consistency across all brand work and brand touch points.
  • Pitching/Presenting ideas and gaining buy in from a diverse group of stakeholders. 
  • Provide meaningful feedback to the team, across a breadth of disciplines: design, motion, digital, video, editing, etc.
  • Maintain high levels of execution and excellence across all creative work
  • The ability to explore and shape creative ideas and align them with strategic brand goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to effectively raise the bar and deliver high quality, creative work.
  • Create strong alignments and relationships with our stakeholders across the business. Analyse brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor landscape.

 Some international travel will be needed as part of this role.



Essential experience 

  • Proven experience in the creative direction of multiple integrated 360 campaigns across video production, post production, social media, digital, online, ptiny,outdoor, and experiential preferably at a global level. 
  • Proven track record of building, leading and developing teams with multiple spans and layers through to success, coming from agency or in house, in a complex organisation.  
  • Experience of influencing at C suite level, problem solving and influencing. 
  • Manages multiple complex integrated cross media campaigns, across video production, post production, social media, digital, design.
  • A track record of successful creative work. (please include portfolio with your application) 
  • A seasoned strategic & conceptual thinker with a keen business sense.

Our UK offices are based in London (Stratford and Farringdon) and Nottingham, where we operate on a hybrid working model. (2+ days in the office)
