Our in-house agency service our Entain brands. We deliver over 3000 campaigns every year spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv, social.

We are looking for a leader for of Social Media function within our in-house creative agency. You will creatively and strategically lead all organic social content for our brands. Building a team to elevate and lead our social creative vision.

The role reports to the Executive Creative Director. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Management

  • Oversee the social media team.
  • Creating a high-performing Social Media Manager team, through education, teaching sessions and on-account coaching or mentoring.
  • Owning the personal and professional development of your team. 
  • Maintaining up-to-date industry-leading knowledge on key and emerging social media platforms, functions, communities, cultures, and trends that inform leading agency output.
  • Oversee and advise on the distribution of all organic content. Using your sophisticated understanding of the platforms to advise and review when, where, and how often content should be shared to achieve strategic goals.
  • Through cultural knowledge and in-depth channel insights, identify and propose opportunities for brand-building reactive content.
  • Utilising your expertise to ensure all paid and organic content strategically complements one another and is delivering the results required.
  • Work with stakeholders to align strategically on how we connect with their audience through community management.
  • Driving creative development by working closely with stakeholders and strategists
  • Build meaningful relationships with our stakeholders establishing their trust in us as social media experts through industry-leading output.

Some out of hours working and travel will be required in this role.


  • Proven experience leading a team that deliver social assets across all channels at manager level for strong brands.
  • Management experience leading multi skilled teams, from edit to copy.
  • A creative thinker, you're able to work both independently and collaboratively on ideation for content across social
  • You love social media: you're fascinated by brands, how they market themselves and use social media to do this. You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential.
  • Real drive and ambition: you'll be constantly adapting to the ever-growing world of social, and we need people who have the mindset of growth as well as the ambition to get there.
  • A strong interest in sports and/or gaming (Poker, Bingo, Casino)
  • Experience working for brands in a regulated sector

This role will be based at our Stratford (Westfields) office in London where we operate hybrid working (2 days in the office).
