Role Purpose
 
You will work to articulate requirements, supply thought leadership and provide commercial options via project and process delivery. You will be leading requirements analysis and process improvement, supporting business case development, project implementation, testing and following up on benefits realisation.

Similarly, you will be able to demonstrate strong customer focus, commercial acumen, pragmatic decision making, sound technical skill and attention to detail in equal measure.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the business and/or 3rd parties to translate needs into effective solutions and processes; or, where needed, challenge business objectives;
  • Successfully engage with mid to senior level stakeholders;
  • Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and management through the delivery cycle;
  • Manage requirements in response to changing circumstances to ensure business agility;
  • Evaluate and optimise customer journeys and business processes to identify optimisation opportunities;
  • Support business case development and the implementation of agreed solutions - including testing, training, and service design;
  • Provide consultation on the feasibility and value of ideas in early stages of idea development;
  • Mentor and support team members when needed

Candidate Requirements

  • Best of class business analysis experience
  • Manageent of  requirements in response to changing circumstances to ensure & optimise business agility
  • Excels at managing business change
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrates strong customer focus and commercial acumen
  • Inception to Operations project experience as an Agile BA
  • Experience in projects around digital, business change, customer journey highly desirable
  • Atleast 3 years formal Business Analysis experience
  • Deep understanding of IT software development
