Role Purpose 


The Junior Graphic Designer is an integral part of the BetMGM Creative Team. The role will be required to produce first class online and offline materials for all marketing channels and provide general support to the Studio Manager. 


The Junior Graphic Designer will be highly creative with a strong attention to detail. The ability to produce consistently high-quality graphics and artwork is paramount. The role involves liaising with local and US-based stakeholders regarding ideation, production schedules, and other matters related to the BetMGM Creative Team’s operations. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • The production of high-quality artwork and designs for all BetMGM online and offline marketing and advertising channels.
  • The creation of world class visual communications from conception through final production. This involves researching, participating in brainstorming sessions, concept creation, working from a creative brief, until final sign off.
  • The creation and delivery of effective content for the brand portal and landing pages, according to the relevant requirement or creative brief.
  • Participate and contribute to department and work-related meetings as required.
  • Perform quality checks on all personal outputs, ensuring that the completed work is error-free, meets the creative brief, falls within the brand’s guidelines, and achieves the desired design standards.
  • Timely communication and coordination with the team and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

  • Must possess a High School Diploma, Vocational/Short Course Certificate, or bachelor’s degree (any field). An art, multi-media, or design related degree is preferred.
  • Must be able to provide a comprehensive portfolio of past work.

Specialist Skills and Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of graphic design theory with a basic understanding of User Experience, User Centered Design, and Responsive Design.
  • Previous experience in the creation of digital products for web and mobile experiences and various other digital platforms (1-2 years).
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (knowledge of Adobe InDesign is desirable) and able to produce production-ready assets for developers.
  • Basic knowledge of printing process and preparing artwork for printing is desirable.
