Siting within the Marketing Analytics function and reporting to the Head of Player Behaviour Analytics we are looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to support our LATAM marketing operations. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and own key insight generating reports and datasets that support our operations
  • Own insights generated within the team and help disseminate through other teams.
  • Be a driving force for change using web analytics data
  • Building and maintaining cloud-based reporting flows, datasets and dashboards.
  • Be a champion for analysis and data driven marketing decisions across the organisation, utilising key models and analytics tools available
  • Work directly with operational marketing and promotions teams to promote data driven decision making across our brands
  • Work alongside marketing teams identify conversion opportunities and ensure performance is optimal
Specialist skills and experience:
  • Experienced in the web analytics field, with good technical knowledge of how web data is created and managed
  • Experience in analysing the long-term commercial impact of data driven decisions
  • Experience in a customer lifetime value driven business
  • Experience in testing methodologies and designing valid tests
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Comfortable cleaning and preparing data from large data sets
  • Experience utilizing tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience with Google Analytics (Universal and GA4)
  • Experience with Big Query and the wider GCP
