WHAT YOU’LL DO  

Our in-house agency service all Entains brands. We deliver over 3000 campaigns every year spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv, social.

We are looking for a Head of Account Management to be a conduit between our stakeholders and our in-house creative team. Showing a thorough understanding of the TTL creative process and all media channels. You will become the escalation point for critical project issues. You will lead by example and inspire our account management team, helping them provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business.

This role is critical to developing and managing the ways of working and processes to improve stakeholder experience and satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Line Management

  • Lead the account management team.
  • Provide development, coaching, objectives & goal setting, performance management; to ensure your team is motivated and productive
  • Develop the skills and knowledge Account Management team
  • Create an environment for the account management and project management team to thrive
  • Optimise the team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively with rest of creative team.
 Stakeholder Relationship & Account Management
  • Build and develop lasting relationships with senior stakeholders across the Entain portfolio of brands whilst ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support stakeholders to forecast volumes of briefs to track against the internal currency/capacity model.
  • Demonstrating a strong awareness of all media channels and the TTL creative process. As the point of contact for urgent project difficulties, you will offer business advice on briefs.
  • Drive and support Account Team to maintain high level stakeholder relationships, attending meetings where required.
  • Understand stakeholder strategy and priorities both creatively and commercially.
  • Understand the medium to long-term vision/objectives to enable proactive recommendations.
  • Anticipate any emerging stakeholder issues with proactive and appropriate resolutions.
  • Ensure quality control by challenging mediocrity and intervening when needed to ensure first-class delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Extensive Account Management Experience at a senior level.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and people skills.
  • Creative/Marketing agency environment experience or In house experience for a strong brand. This role would suit a Group Account Director ready for the next step, or an established Head of Account Management/Client Services looking for a new challenge with an in-house agency.
  • You'll have proven results in delivering 360 campaigns from TV to Digital and OOH.
  • Experience developing and growing accounts.
  • Strong pitching/presentation skills.

    Desirable

  • A strong interest in sports and or gaming (Poker, Bingo, Casino) as well as experience working with brands in regulated sectors.
  • In-house and Agency experience.

This role will be based at our Stratford (Westfields) office in London where we operate hybrid working (2 days in the office).
