WHAT YOU’LL DO  

Our in-house agency services all of Entain’s brands. We deliver over 3000 campaigns every year, spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, TV and social.

This role is a key part of our internal creative agency. The Head of Production will oversee all work coming through the department, oversee resource planning, and will work closely with the Head of Account Management and the Head of Delivery and QC.

You will lead a production team to interpret all manner of 360 briefs ranging from making TVCs, to OOH, to Digital and social, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.

You will be responsible for the accurate costing of resource and production budgets, to deliver optimum workflow and cost efficiency.

This role is critical to developing and managing the ways of working to improve efficient, industry standard production process.

Leadership & Line Management

  • Lead the Production team and freelance talent as needed.
  • Build a best in class production team.
  • Provide development, coaching, objectives & goal setting, performance management and other people policies as required from time to time; to ensure your team is motivated and productive.
  • Build and foster a positive environment for the development of the highest quality work.

Production/Operations

  • Responsible for the production of all work created by the department.
  • Forward planning resource needs across all teams and efficient resource planning.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of production, contracts, budgeting and weekly reconciliations.
  • Scoping out projects, managing budgets, timelines and schedules across integrated campaigns / projects 
  • Ensure timelines are met for each phase of production.
  • Ensuring all legal and compliance needs are met across all productions from shoots to design assets.
  • Supporting production team to enable them to realise creative ideas efficiently and practically.
  • To have a responsibility for health and safety of all Production staff and freelancers both in the office or attending shoots and ensuring the department are trained and following industry Health & Safety Procedures.
  • Ensuring all work delivered is compliant with relevant governing bodies.
  • Keeping up to date and developing with latest digital, edit and filming production processes and technologies and disseminating to your team.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and key partners within the wider business and beyond.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of production, contracts, budgeting and weekly reconciliations.
  • Maintaining clear and effective reporting systems including music detail reporting.
 

  

WHO YOU ARE  

  • You will have a proven track record of managing a production team in house or within agency for prominent brands.
  • Extensive experience in managing multiple complex integrated cross media campaigns ATL and TTL, across video production, post production, social media, digital.
  • Strong post production design background.
  • Experience forecasting and managing production and supplier budgets across muplitple brands. Managing in house currency models an advantage.
  • Proven experience implementing efficient production workflows.
  • First class negotiation, organisational and administration skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge around licensing of artistic material across all formats and locations within agreed timings, and artist’s rights. 
  • Brilliant interpersonal, verbal and  written communication skills.
  • Confident in front of senior management executives up to managing director level, and used to being client facing and working with marketers
  • You are a driven self starter with energy to shape a build a team

Desirables

  • Leading Resource/Studio Management teams
  • A strong interest in sports and/or gaming (Poker, Bingo, Casino)
  • Experience working for brands in a regulated sector
