The Partnership Executive will be responsible for the daily co-ordination of partnership campaigns across football, racing and media, as well as providing the operational resource for effective roll-out of our partnership and sponsorship strategy.

The Partnership Executive will work closely with the Affiliates and Partnerships Team Manager to ensure that there is an effective bridge of communication between our portfolio of partnerships and our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the operational execution of our long-term strategy for both Ladbrokes and Coral brands to drive new accounts, increase actives, turnover and NGR 
  • Responsible for working closely with the account managers in our football, racing and media partnerships to regularly drive a range of new and existing customer campaigns. 
  • Accountable for JIRA briefing of all creative and copy requirements for the Ladbrokes and Coral partnership campaigns 
  • Co-ordinate weekly and monthly marketing initiatives working alongside the Affiliate teams to ensure key new customer targets and actives are achieved 
  • Liaise with Ladbrokes Coral trading department to ensure all racing and football partners have bespoke and attractive offers driving FTDs as well as ROI 
  • Manage the creative/tracking process for onsite, solus mail and social media campaigns to ensure all creative is on brand and can drive new and existing customers to bet with Ladbrokes or Coral 
  • Assist the Affiliate and Partnerships Manager in the monthly reporting process and bringing together materials for marketing summary reports 
  • Collate campaign results and prepare presentations which can be used in the quarterly reviews with our key partners 
Occasionally travel throughout the UK and Ireland for planning meetings with our main sponsorship partners to ensure the highest level of communication between the two parties

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a marketing role within the gaming industry beneficial but not essential 
  • Knowledge and passion for sport – especially horse racing and football essential 
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and in a pressurized environment 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
  • Must possess strong analytical skills 
  • Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once. 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the business and develop strong working relationships with internal and 3rd party service providers 
  • Strong Microsoft word & excel skills beneficial
