This role is based at our Stratford (Westfields) office in London where we operate hybrid working.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the UK Workplace Manager, you will look after our Stratford, Farringdon, Nottingham and Woking offices, and be responsible for providing a safe and legally compliant workplace that inspires, attracts and retains the best talent. This will include overseeing all soft and hard services, including all maintenance and legislative compliance.
With 10 direct reports you will also lead and develop the team to ensure they deliver the best levels of customer service.
WHO YOU ARE
- Qualified to the Institute of Workspace and Facilities Management standards, or equivalent
- IOSH qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in large corporate environment preferred
- Line management experience preferred
- Experienced communicating at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
