WHAT YOU’LL DO 

We are seeking a Senior SEO Executive to join our Performance Marketing team, with a hybrid schedule from our London office (St Paul’s until Summer, then our new office in One Stratford Place). We're looking for candidates who are passionate about creating a career for themselves and want to be part of a global, fast-paced business, with a deep knowledge of SEO and ambitions to drive the business forward.

Working alongside the Casino and Poker SEO Managers and the wider SEO team to drive growth from organic search, the Senior SEO Executive will support in executing the SEO strategy for multi-regional web properties, with a primary focus on content and off-page activities.

The ideal candidate will help shape the organic search strategy and perform key SEO functions to meet business objectives, including running content audits, identifying content gaps, performing keyword research and on-page optimization, managing link building and backlink audits. Supported by the wider marketing team and content production agencies, this person will also use existing reports to track performance.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about the latest trends in SEO and is ready to test and learn to decide on the best approach – in return, we can offer autonomy and access to SEO experts to learn from across the business as you build your career.

  

WHO YOU ARE

  • 2-3 years of SEO experience including outreach, content and onsite technical SEO, with a focus on content
  • Good understanding of search engine success factors, algorithms, SEO best practices, industry trends and threats
  • Strong track record in execution and implementation of successful SEO content strategies
  • Proven ability to manage collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Key stakeholders for this role include central Technical SEO teams, Party Performance Marketing, Party Brand & Content and SEO agencies. The role sits within Performance Marketing but has touchpoints across many others, so excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a large organisation is essential
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise, with a solution-focused approach
  • Good understanding of technical SEO with some experience (including redirects, paginated pages, XML sitemap, canonical tags, hreflang tags etc)
  • Experience using a CMS
