MAIN OBJECTIVES:
• Responsible for driving the business performance of the two shops within that structure
• Ensure customer service excellence is provided by shop teams
• The leadership and management of all shop team employees
• Management of day to day operational duties within the shop structure utilising the Customer Service Manager role
• Ensuring clear communication, providing feedback and business recommendations to the Area Manager

MANAGERIAL REQUIREMENTS: In order to fulfil the duties of a Twin Shop Manager you will be required to work equally between both shops you have responsibility for.

Our shop opening hours are between 10am to 9.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 6.30pm on a Sunday.
In this role you will work 5 out of 7 days, which will include weekends and Bank Holidays.
Shifts are devised on a rota basis and will change weekly.
