Purpose of Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a vital role in attracting and selecting qualified candidates to support the company’s
business needs. He/She will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and
conducting initial interviews. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles in various fields we’d like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
· Evaluates and examines the skills and competencies of candidates for each requirement
· Profiles candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications
· Conduct in-depth interview for both technical and non technical roles
· Source and generate leads for the different requisitions
· Follow and ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and procedures
· Participates in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/demands of hiring account
· Prepares daily and weekly reports based on function and need

Specialist skills and experience
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
· Must possess a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
Specialist Skills and Experience Required
· Preferably 6 months – 1 year experience in end-to-end recruitment
· Strong working knowledge of standard recruiting procedure
· Strong command in English - both written and oral
· Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with key stakeholders
· Ability to follow-through and work on task with limited supervision
· Provides creatives solutions thinks outside the box
· Excellent Organizational Skill, Planning and Time Management Skills is a must
· Good attention to detail, process oriented and has the “can-do” attitude
