Purpose of role

Our newly formed People Experience and HR Transformation team strive to create and deliver a seamless and positive people experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Our aim will be to develop efficient and simple people processes, and systems, and maximise our use of technology.

 

We are seeking someone who will be responsible for crafting and coordinating our internal Programmes in the People function and the daily rhythm of the business. You will assist with finding opportunities to create or optimise programs that help drive efficiency, such as reviewing our knowledge base and content strategy, process optimisation, and supervising and supporting people operational programs. You will champion change and global alignment throughout the team driving scalable improvements. This role will be key in driving scalability and optimisation in the operational strategy.

 

We are looking for someone passionate about people experience and project management who, while working with a global transformation programme lead, could bring structure and pace of progress for complex, multi-year, programmes of work and transformation. You’ll be working alongside an organisational cross-functional team to ensure we’re applying the best project management methodologies and principles to enable the best work to be delivered on time and within budget. You’ll be working on global transformation programmes and projects to create detailed project plans, RAID reports and progress updates to key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

 

Main:

  • Take ownership of existing programs with a view to optimise and driving efficiency
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Operations team
  • Build and deliver change programs including training and communications frameworks
  • Develop and build partnerships with internal teams, including senior leaders, and collaborate to build and streamline partner connect communications that support defined business outcomes
  • Assist in the administration of Knowledge Base platforms, including governance, content upload, and updates, support requests, intake, and engagement reporting
  • Supervise and report on defined metrics to understand operational success, project impact, and areas for improvements
  • Work with the regional teams to prepare and share regular partner connect news, metrics, and project updates and share knowledge
  • Drive improvements to self-service content discoverability and content performance with strategic programs and tool investments
  • Collaborate in a matrixed environment, making space for all voices to be heard and considered
  • Develop and implement scalable frameworks for ongoing content quality and customer experience initiatives, such as content audits
  • Be at the forefront of large-scale content technology initiatives, continuously seeking new ways to increase ROI
  • Take responsibility for managing complex projects with multiple workstreams.

 

Specialist skills and experience

Essential:

  • Generalist HR background with project exposure
  • Strong proficiency in both verbal and written English and editing skills
  • Technology savvy, self-starter with a passion for project work, leading and driving initiatives
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Experience managing projects and programs, [SM1]designing and launching new processes or tools
  • Comfortable communicating with and tailoring messages to audiences of different levels
  • Ability to consult, collaborate and interview specialists to translate and simplify messages for a specific group
  • Strong Proficiency with MS Office 365, (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) experience with document formatting and file management
  • Strong business insight and judgment to navigate ambiguity and lead through change in a fast-paced environment with strong written and oral communication skills
