As a Games Producer, you will play a central role in driving the creative design and delivery process, overseeing each game's journey from initial ideation and conceptualization to the final stages of UX enhancement, gameplay refinement, and release. Working alongside a talented team of developers, designers, and artists, you will collaborate to craft innovative game concepts. As a Senior Games producer you will be responsible for the following:

What you will do 

  • Responsible for the design stream of gaming products outlined in the studio’s product roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Studio, Mathematicians, Programmers and Artists to brainstorm innovative game ideas and concepts
  • Assist in shaping the games product roadmap for the in-house studio
  • Develop comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDD) to guide the creative and development teams in designing and developing each game to the highest standards.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of essential gaming artifacts throughout the product development cycle
  • Conduct regular game reviews with the development teams, offering constructive feedback to uphold project excellence
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the in-house games portfolio by delivering new game designs, concepts, and mechanics
  • Serve as a key repository of game and market knowledge for all studio titles
  • Identify and pursue commercial opportunities for in-house content, ensuring the development of compelling gaming products
  • Produce succinct “key points” documents to inform lobby managers about upcoming games
  • Present game ideas and concepts to global stakeholders, effectively communicating their potential and value

Who you are 

  • Experience creating and delivering commercial product roadmaps within gaming markets 
  • A detailed knowledge of the gaming industry and slot/table gaming products
  • Experience of working in games focused roles on either design or market analyst roles
  • Knowledge of online casino game design and development methodologies
  • Detailed knowledge and experience working within gaming regulations for US, UK, EU and gaming markets
  • Knowledge of Progressive Jackpot systems and market implementation beneficial
